I’m Dea. I’m a 10-year-old author from Chevy Chase, Maryland, and my passion for storytelling started long before I could spell all the words in my stories. I’ve always loved using my imagination to create characters, explore new worlds, and put my ideas on paper. Now, with my debut novel, Haunted, I’m taking my first step into the world of publishing.

My stories often come from my love of magical realism, blending relatable characters with thrilling plots that keep readers hooked. Whether I’m writing about paranormal entities or complex family dynamics, I try to bring a sense of wonder to everything I write.

When I’m not working on my next big idea, you can find me training in martial arts, playing piano, spending time with my family, or daydreaming about my next story. I hope my debut novel inspires readers of all ages—especially kids like me—to follow their dreams and embrace the magic of creativity.
